Job Title: Compliance & Regulatory Executive

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Regulatory Executive with expertise in fragrance development, perfumery, cosmetics, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for fragrances, aroma ingredients, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- Maintain and control product formulations and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure raw materials and formulations comply with industry standards and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve regulatory queries and complaints.
- Handle analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and UV Analyzer.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO quality standards.
- Knowledge of fragrance encapsulation techniques is preferred.
- Ensure compliance with global quality, safety, health,



and environmental (SHE) standards.
- Conduct hygiene and safety audits and provide SHE training.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in R&D;, fragrance development, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Knowledge of fragrance regulations and aroma ingredients.
- Familiarity with REACH, FEMA, GHS, Halal, Kosher, and IRA regulations is an added advantage.
- Robust technical, analytical, documentation, and management skills.
- Good understanding of global industry regulations and quality standards.
