Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the Ortho Division will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and expanding market presence in the assigned region. This role involves developing strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders in the orthopedic segment, including surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Business Development

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for orthopedic products. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor competitor activities and devise counter-strategies.

2. Team Management Training

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Sales Executives.



Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity. Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent in the region.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors. Conduct regular meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service.

4. Market Intelligence Strategy

Collect market insights and provide feedback to senior management. Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies. Plan and execute promotional activities, CMEs, and workshops.

5. Compliance Reporting

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply chain management and order fulfillment
