Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – CRM Sales to drive regional sales, acquire new customers, develop channel partners, and achieve business targets for our CRM and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Generate leads and acquire new corporate customers.
- Promote CRM, CRM Dialer, cloud telephony, and call center solutions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.
- Conduct cold calling, product demonstrations, online meetings, and client presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CRM, SaaS, telecom, cloud telephony, or IT solutions.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Experience in regional sales management and channel partner development.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and manage client meetings independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
