Key Responsibilities

Administrative Leadership, Oversee and streamline all administrative functions of the hotel.

Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and controls. Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination.

Support strategic planning and operational execution alongside the GM.Statutory & Legal Compliance

Ensure compliance with hospitality laws, labor laws, fire & safety regulations, FSSAI norms, excise, environmental clearances, and local municipal requirements. Manage licensing, renewals, and inspections. Maintain audit readiness at all times.





Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities. Facility & Infrastructure Management

Oversee building maintenance, common areas, staff facilities, and external premises.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed. Monitor AMCs and vendor service standards.

Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Security & Risk Management. Supervise security operations, CCTV systems, and access controls.

Implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct safety drills.

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Manage risk assessments and insurance coordination.

Financial & Cost Control. Prepare and manage administrative budgets.

Monitor and control administrative and facility-related expenses. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost efficiency.

Review and approve invoices as per delegation matrix.
