- Mandatorily experience in and inclination to do Direct Corporate Acquisition - preferably in Group Funds business acquisition in Life / General Insurance or Insurance Broking companies
- Has inclination & ability to directly contact corporates, identify decision makers and develop relationships
- Understands asset classes within ULIP (Unit Linked Insurance Plan) funds and how Traditional products work
- Understands the basics of Equity & Fixed Income Instruments
- Can read & interpret financial statements of corporates
- Tracks geopolitical events and how they move markets and fund performance
- Influencing CFOs, Trustees, HR Heads and Consultants with different priorities
