JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for GCC countries.

- Lead, guide, and monitor the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, qualifications, experience, and recruitment timelines.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Monitor candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and deployment.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, employers, and recruitment partners across GCC countries.

- Ensure timely submission of candidate profiles and follow up on interview schedules and selection results.

- Monitor recruitment performance, team productivity, placement ratios, and daily reporting.





- Coordinate with documentation and visa-processing teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment.

- Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment regulations and client requirements.

- Handle escalations, resolve recruitment-related issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and targets.
