- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand exact role requirements, technical skills, and team needs.
- Write and update job descriptions and publish them across career pages and job boards.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline progress and keep candidate records accurate.
- Extend job offers and handle salary or benefit negotiations.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hir

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
