Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, Remote role based in India. This role supports end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

The intern will assist in communicating with colleges and training partners, help organize recruitment drives, and provide administrative support to hiring and interview processes. Daily tasks may include posting job openings, managing applicant tracking tools, scheduling interviews, and gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers. The intern will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to improve processes, contribute to a positive candidate experience, and support initiatives that strengthen JobSarathi’s early-career talent pipeline.





Qualifications

- Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to support candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to engage candidates professionally and interact with internal stakeholders.
- Training and coaching skills to assist in candidate readiness activities and recruitment-related workshops.
- Robust organizational, time-management, and documentation skills for handling multiple hiring processes.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing) and comfort working with recruitment platforms.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, take initiative, and adapt to fast-paced hiring cycles.
- Interest in talent acquisition, career development, or human resources; prior internship or campus leadership experience is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; HR, Business, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
