Fresher / 1-2 years of experience working in night shift
Location: Brookfield, near Marathahalli, Bangalore
Shift Time: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM / 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and help identify the right
- talent.
- Support the end-to-end hiring process: from sourcing and reviewing profiles to coordinating
- interviews and onboarding.
- Assist in hiring for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across different industries.
- Review job descriptions and understand key skills to match with potential candidates.
- Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients and candidates.
- Adapt to US business hours and perform efficiently during night shifts.
- Use job portals, referrals, and networking platforms to find suitable candidate profiles (training
- will be provided).
- Ensure all updates and documentation are accurately maintained throughout the process.
- Be open to putting in extra hours when required to meet deadlines or support urgent client needs.
What We’re Looking For:

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
