PXP Technologies, is hiring a Recruiter to own hiring from first conversation to signed offer. You will partner with hiring managers across different clients to find, engage and close the people who help us grow. You will manage 1525 open roles at a time

Responsibilities

- Run the full hiring cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closing
- Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and interview plans
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events and talent communities
- Screen candidates by phone or video for skills, motivation and alignment with our values
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Prepare and extend offers; negotiate compensation within approved ranges
- Keep the applicant tracking system ([ATS name]) accurate and up to date
- Report on pipeline health, time-to-fill and source of hire, and suggest improvements
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks and interviewing best practice




- Build diverse candidate pipelines and help reduce bias in the hiring process

Requirements

- 0 – 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for [functions or seniority levels]
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable advising senior stakeholders
- Organized enough to manage 15–25 roles at once without dropping candidates
- Working knowledge of employment law and fair hiring practices in [country/region]
- Any Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for technical, sales or high-volume roles
- Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing tools
- Experience building employer-brand content or running recruiting events
- Background in a fast-growing or startup workplace
- A second language relevant to our markets
