Job Summary

Radixsol is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Healthcare Recruiters to join our US Healthcare Staffing team. The selected candidates will be trained to recruit healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Physicians (MD/DO), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) for hospitals, healthcare systems, nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, clinical specialties, experience, licenses, certifications, and availability.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels.




- Explain job opportunities, pay rates, shift requirements, locations, and assignment details.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for nursing, physician, and advanced practice positions.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work closely with senior recruiters and recruitment managers to achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid willingness to learn US healthcare recruitment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working US business hours.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
