Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Industrial Hiring: Manage complete recruitment lifecycles tailored to plant, factory, and manufacturing workforce needs (from blue-collar shop-floor staff to technical/engineering roles).

- Manpower Planning &
- Sourcing:

Identify and attract industrial talent using localized sourcing, worker networks, walk-in drives, and industrial databases.

- Screening &

- Interviews:

Conduct resume shortlisting, preliminary evaluations, and coordinate plant-level interviews with hiring and plant managers.

- Client &

- Operations Coordination:

Collaborate with industrial plant heads or client companies to understand on-ground workforce demands and shift requirements.

- Compliance &

- Tracking:

Maintain recruitment MIS trackers, candidate pipelines,



and ensure adherence to labor and deployment norms.

Preferred candidate profile

- Company: Assort 1 Corp Services Limited

- Location: Dahej, Gujarat (with pan-India industrial/manufacturing client sites)

- Work Arrangement: Work from home &
- Client Visit

- Salary Range: 50,000 to 70,000 per month (depending on skills, background, and interview performance)

- Experience Required: Compulsory 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and industrial hiring

- Education Requirement: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation / MBA HR preferred for broader managerial scopes) ]
