AMADO LIFE / AMADO LLP is hiring a Recovery & Wellness Nurse - Client Care for our Physiotherapy & Sports Recovery Centre in Nilambur, Malappuram, Kerala.

Full-time, on-site role | 1 vacancy | Early joining preferred.

Our physiotherapists lead clinical assessment and physiotherapy treatment. This role focuses on compassionate client care, pre-session checks and professionally supervised recovery sessions involving ice bath, sauna, red-light and pneumatic compression equipment.

Qualifications and skills

- GNM or BSc Nursing from a recognised institution, with valid nursing registration applicable to practice in Kerala.
- 1-2 years of clinical patient-care experience preferred; rehabilitation, outpatient, orthopaedic or emergency-care experience is useful.
- Explicit Malayalam communication, basic English and digital record-keeping skills.
- Empathy, patience, respectful client handling, good listening and a calm, reassuring manner.
- BLS/CPR training preferred; demonstrated emergency-response competence and device-specific training are required before independent session duties.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, explain sessions clearly and provide reassurance, emotional support and appropriate motivation.
- Help clients feel comfortable and relaxed while respecting privacy, consent and personal boundaries.
- Provide safe physical assistance with equipment and entry/exit when required and within competence.




- Complete approved pre-session health and symptom checklists, review relevant information and record vital signs as directed by centre protocols.
- Escalate contraindications, abnormal observations or uncertainty to the clinical team; obtain medical review when indicated. Do not independently diagnose or prescribe treatment.
- Set up and monitor approved ice bath, sauna, red-light and compression sessions using manufacturer instructions, authorised settings and clinical protocols.
- Recognise distress, stop the session promptly and follow the emergency response plan; never pressure clients to continue through concerning symptoms.
- Maintain hygiene, disinfection, equipment and water-maintenance logs, session documentation and appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and reception for a safe, welcoming client experience.

Indicative salary range: Rs.15,000-Rs.25,000 per month. Final salary and employment terms will be confirmed after interview based on qualifications and experience, subject to applicable requirements.
