We are looking for a polite, presentable, and responsible receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Skin & Hair Clinic in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.

Freshers who have good communication skills and are willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors and assist them with registration.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors.
- Maintain patient records and update appointment details.
- Manage patient registration, billing, and payment entries.
- Provide basic information about clinic services and consultation appointments.




- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate daily records and assist with routine administrative work.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Pleasant personality, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to interact politely with patients and work as part of a team.
