We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Receptionist cum Accountant to manage front-desk duties and handle basic accounting tasks at our clinic. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients while ensuring smooth daily operations through accurate billing, record-keeping, and administrative support.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records and files (digital and physical).
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses to manage daily schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, messages).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area.
Accounting & Billing:
- Prepare and issue invoices, bills, and receipts to patients.
- Collect payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.) and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Monitor clinic expenses and assist in budgeting.
- Coordinate with external accountant/auditor when necessary.
- Ensure timely deposit of cash and cheques, and maintain petty cash.
