We are hiring for Real Estate Sales:

Designation - Sr. Manager / AGM / GM / AVP / VP – Real Estate Sales.

Job Location - Bandra / Dadar.

Experience Required - 7+ Years & must have SoBo experience.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday - 2nd Saturday – Half Day | 4th Saturday – Off

Job Timings -10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

Identify and develop current lead sources through brokers, channel partners, referrals, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.

Qualify leads based on project requirements and customer needs.

Organize site visits and property presentations.

Sales & Closing

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment perks to clients.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and documentation teams to complete transactions.





Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and follow up on pending payments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Address customer concerns and coordinate post-booking support.

Encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting

Track leads, conversions, and sales pipeline using CRM.

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Monitor conversion ratios and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.

Relationship-building and networking.

CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or industry-specific systems).

Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
