Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective clients.

- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.

- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Update lead details, follow-ups, and activities in CRM.





- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth deal closure.

- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Real estate, banking, home loan, or customer service experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with valuable communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
