We are looking for a qualified and experienced Real Estate Legal Advisor to join our team at Egmore, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property title verification and legal due diligence.
- Drafting and reviewing sale deeds, lease agreements, and property documents.
- Handling property registration and land documentation.
- Advising on real estate laws, RERA compliance, and property transactions.
- Managing property disputes, legal notices, and documentation.
- Coordinating with clients, advocates, and registration authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
- LL.B. degree with relevant legal qualifications.
- Experience in real estate law and property documentation.
- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu property laws and registration procedures.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
