We are hiring an enthusiastic R&D; Executive (Cosmetics) with 1 year of experience in cosmetic product development. You will be part of our R&D; team, working on skincare, personal care, and cosmetic innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of cosmetic products like creams, lotions, serums, soaps, etc.
- Conduct product stability and compatibility testing.
- Research new ingredients, raw materials, and market trends.
- Support production trials and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory norms.
- Maintain technical documentation and formulation records.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetic formulation/R&D.;
- Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and their applications.
- Understanding of basic regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Positive communication and team collaboration skills.
