- Up to 18 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 10+ years in Pre-Auth & 1+ year as Pre-Auth Quality Manager on papers
- Upto 60 Days NP

3. Pre-Authorization Trainer

- Up to 9 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years in Pre-Auth & 1+ year as Pre-Auth Trainer
- Min 8+ Batches (Classroom training)

4. Pre-Authorization Team Lead

- Up to 10 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years in Pre-Auth & 1+ year as Pre-Auth Team Lead on papers

5. Pre-Authorization QA

- Up to 9 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years in Pre-Auth & 1+ year as Pre-Auth QA on papers

6. Prior Authorization Associate
