Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Raw Material Supervisor-Trainee (Anode) to assist in raw material handling, storage, stock monitoring, material measurement, and inventory control. The candidate will support daily raw material operations and coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth material flow and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the receipt, unloading, handling, and storage of raw materials.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery documents and purchase orders.
- Measure and verify material quantities using appropriate weighing and measuring equipment.
- Maintain inward and outward registers and update stock records.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of raw materials.
- Support daily material planning and timely supply of materials to the Production department.




- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase teams regarding material availability and shortages.
- Supervise material handling activities and assist in manpower coordination.
- Follow quality standards, workplace cleanliness, 5S practices, and safety procedures.
- Report material discrepancies, damage, stock variations, and other issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Prepare daily stock and material movement reports.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Understanding of material measurement and documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting and learn raw material operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of safety practices and 5S is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Candidates from manufacturing, metal processing, or recycling industries are preferred.
- Must be responsible, attentive, and willing to work in a plant environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
