A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking a qualified Centre Manager Radiology to oversee the daily operations of its radiology department. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating diagnostic imaging services, managing staff and resources, maintaining service quality, and ensuring efficient patient care and departmental operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Radiology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.

- Relevant experience in radiology department management, diagnostic imaging operations, or hospital administration.

- Knowledge of radiology workflows, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and other available imaging modalities.

- Understanding of patient safety, radiation safety, and applicable healthcare regulations.

- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage departmental operations, staff coordination, and service quality.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the radiology department and ensure efficient workflow.





- Coordinate with radiologists, radiographers, technicians, nurses, and administrative staff.

- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, resource allocation, and departmental productivity.

- Monitor patient registration, appointment scheduling, waiting times, and reporting turnaround times.

- Ensure imaging equipment is maintained and serviced according to established schedules.

- Monitor service quality, patient feedback, and operational performance.

- Ensure compliance with applicable radiation-safety requirements, infection-control practices, and hospital policies.

- Maintain departmental records, operational reports, and relevant documentation.

- Coordinate with hospital management and other departments to resolve operational issues.

- Support process improvements to enhance patient experience, efficiency, and service quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
