You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products.
Key responsibilities include: 1. Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote QuickBooks services.
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients using QuickBooks.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
