We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for the Tender Department with experience in construction contracting, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions and quotation comparison statements.
- Coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Contractor company experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
