Candidates with hospital quality management experience and knowledge of NABH accreditation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Ensure implementation and monitoring of hospital quality policies and procedures. Maintain NABH-related documentation, quality manuals, SOPs, and checklists. Conduct internal audits and departmental quality inspections.
Monitor patient safety, infection prevention and control, and quality indicators. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
for incidents and quality-related issues.
Coordinate with HODs and department in-charges to maintain compliance with hospital standards. Organize staff training and quality awareness sessions. Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement activities.
Prepare quality reports and support NABH assessments and accreditation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a relevant field. Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in hospital quality management may apply. Candidates with hospital quality experience and NABH knowledge will be preferred. Good documentation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills are required.
Salary ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and suitability.
