Job Responsibilities Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and parts as per drawings and specifications. Ensure materials meet the required quality standards. Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials. Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Design teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and quality inspection. Knowledge of measuring instruments is preferred. Basic MS Word, Excel, and email communication skills. Valuable observation skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
