Post of Quality Engineer (Experience - 1-3 years of experience in the fabrication industry).
1. Developing and implementing QAP for each and every equipment.
2. Monitor and inspect fabrication at every stage as per QAP for fabrication/processing material
3. Inspect all incoming materials in accordance with standards, as per purchase order.
4. Collect and maintain record of all Test certificates and documents received with bought out materials.
5. Coordinate with quality vendors for testing/inspection of material/equipment.
6. Test the raw materials as and when required.
7. Coordinate with Production personnel to develop and implement fabrication procedures for quality product also develop corrective actions, solutions for corrections to maintain quality of final product.
8. Follow required codes,
specifications and procedures as per client requirements
9. Prepare and maintain all quality documents, TC, lab reports as per project and equipment tag and made available whenever required.
10. Raise final inspection report and issue Ready for dispatch instruction to higher authorities and concerned project manager.
