Role & responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, including sheet metal components, to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Perform in-process checks on mechanical parts to identify defects or deviations from standards.

- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.

- Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards by conducting regular audits and monitoring processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering role, preferably in the auto components industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, particularly related to sheet metal fabrication.

- Proficiency in using tools such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional analysis.
