Role Description:

The Quality Control Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality standards across software development and delivery processes. This role includes designing and implementing quality control procedures, leading inspection and testing activities, and ensuring adherence to internal and client-defined quality benchmarks.

The Quality Control

Lead will collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities involve reviewing documentation, monitoring compliance with quality frameworks, coordinating audits,



and preparing detailed quality reports for stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring quality team members, aligning quality practices with business objectives, and supporting the implementation of best practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with proven experience in setting and maintaining quality standards.
- Experience in Quality Management, including designing quality frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar regulated quality environments, and ability to apply structured compliance principles to software or tech processes.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting on internal and external audits.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and defect management tools.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on risk mitigation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, or product development environment is preferred.
