Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for monitoring and validating product and process quality, performing routine quality checks, and documenting findings in accordance with company standards.

Day-to-day tasks include implementing quality assurance procedures, supporting quality audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices, and assisting in the resolution of nonconformities. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality systems, provide feedback on process enhancements, and maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure products and processes meet established standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to plan, conduct, and document internal and external audits.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documentation and reporting tools are desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work systematically in an on-site environment is expected.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or process-driven industry, and familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, is an advantage.
