Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing, documenting, and executing test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will perform manual testing, validate fixes, log and track defects, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in test planning, reviewing specifications, creating test data, reporting test results,



and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation of testing activities and supporting release readiness through thorough regression and sanity testing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Execution across different platforms and environments.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design, document, and maintain detailed Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience in defect reporting, test documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of test management tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) is beneficial.
- Understanding of automation concepts and familiarity with at least one test automation framework or tool is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
