Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer at MEDNET Labs is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of MEDNET’s healthcare ERP solutions.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and implementation teams to analyze requirements, identify defects, and validate fixes across web, desktop, and mobile modules. Daily tasks include manual and automated testing, regression and integration testing, defect tracking and reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation. The person in this role will also help maintain testing environments,



participate in release readiness activities, and support compliance with healthcare and data protection standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in software testing fundamentals, including test case design, test execution, defect logging, and regression testing.
- Candidates should possess skills in test automation and related tools, such as scripting languages, automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium or similar), and CI/CD integration for automated test suites.
- Candidates should possess skills in functional, integration, system, performance, and usability testing, with an ability to validate end-to-end workflows in complex ERP systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with issue-tracking and documentation tools, such as Jira or similar platforms, and creating explicit test reports and QA documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in understanding databases and APIs, including basic SQL queries, API testing, and data validation across modules.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience testing healthcare, ERP, or enterprise software products.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with healthcare workflows, knowledge of data security and compliance standards, and experience working in agile or iterative development
