– Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

Department: Quality Assurance (QA) – Plant

CTC : 7 to 8 lac per annum

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, revised Schedule M, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Review and approve BMRs, BPRs, SOPs, and other quality documents.

Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, and risk assessments.

Monitor shop-floor activities to ensure GMP compliance in Production and Packaging.

Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

Review batch manufacturing and packaging records before batch release.

Ensure data integrity, documentation compliance, and timely closure of quality-related issues.

Manage change controls, incident reporting, and quality management systems.

Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering,



and other departments to maintain product quality.

Ensure implementation of SOPs, employee training, hygiene, and valuable documentation practices.

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.

Experience: 8-12 years in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing plant.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of GMP, Schedule M, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience in handling audits, documentation, deviations, and CAPA.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
