Quality Assistant – Corrugated Box Manufacturing

Innotech Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Assistant for its corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming kraft paper for GSM, BF, moisture, and other quality parameters.
- Monitor quality during corrugation, printing, slotting, die-cutting, stitching, and pasting.
- Ensure finished boxes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain inspection records.
- Identify defects, take corrective actions, and reduce rejection and wastage.
- Handle customer quality complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain quality documentation.





Candidate Requirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in corrugated box or packaging manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of kraft paper quality, BF, GSM, bursting strength, dimensions, and box specifications.
- Ability to identify printing, pasting, stitching, strength, and dimensional defects.
- Positive documentation, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
