About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will ensure that our web, mobile, and native applications meet high standards of quality. You will execute tests, identify bugs, and write detailed reports while working closely with developers and product teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly software.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and testing methodologies across all projects.
- Write detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute tests, identify bugs, and craft clear, detailed defect reports.
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and native applications across multiple devices.
- Conduct smoke testing and regression testing to validate every release.
- Track and manage defects through their lifecycle using defect-tracking tools.
- Test projects built with ReactJS and JavaScript for functionality, usability, and performance.
- Carry out API testing and mobile testing as part of release validation.
- Contribute to basic test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Communicate test status, risks, and findings clearly to developers, product managers, and stakeholders,



in both written and spoken form.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience working on projects using ReactJS and JavaScript (must have).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript or a related language.
- Ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Skilled in executing tests, identifying bugs, and writing detailed reports.
- Experience testing web, mobile, and native applications across multiple devices.
- Familiarity with smoke testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A passionate testing mindset with an eye for detail and quality.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Educational background in B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, website testing, API testing, and mobile testing.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
