Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector – Machine Shop to ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of CNC/VMC machined components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspection of CNC/VMC machined components.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T; requirements.
- Measure dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge and other inspection instruments.
- Check OD, ID, length, diameter, hole size, depth, thread, chamfer, radius and surface-related dimensions.
- Identify and segregate OK, Rework and Rejection components.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Rejection Reports and Quality Records.
- Monitor dimensional variation during production and coordinate with CNC/VMC Setters and Operators for corrective action.




- Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
- Support Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Follow 7 QC Tools, 5S and ISO 9001 quality procedures.
- Maintain proper inspection records and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and improve product quality.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining components.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawing & GD&T;.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of tolerance and inspection methods.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Machine Shop / CNC / VMC / Precision Engineering industry.
- Experience in handling dimensional inspection and production quality issues.

Pay: ₹26,800.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
