Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production as per approved specifications and standards.
- Conduct quality tests on cement, aggregates, water, and fresh/hardened concrete, including slump and cube tests.
- Ensure proper mix design, batching, and quality control during concrete production.
- Monitor raw material quality and maintain consistency in concrete grades.
- Maintain quality reports, test records, and material inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project quality requirements.
- Take corrective actions in case of quality deviations and ensure proper implementation of quality procedures.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have relevant experience in RMC plant operations and quality control, preferably in the real estate or group housing construction industry.
