We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant to support quality control operations on our electronics manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic components and PCB inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies (SMD & Through-hole)
- Identify soldering defects and reflow process issues
- Check component value, polarity, orientation, and soldering quality
- Verify loaded components against BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Maintain inspection records using MS Excel / ERP System
- Use QC tools like Multimeter and LCR Meter for testing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of electronic components
- Familiarity with QC instruments — Multimeter, LCR Meter
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems
- Valuable attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Experience: Freshers or up to 1–2 years in electronics/QC role.
