Emilo Ventures is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Intern interested in software testing and quality assurance. This role offers hands-on experience in manual testing, automation testing, and API testing while working with our technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications.
- Write and execute test cases and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Learn automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Perform basic API testing using Postman.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers to improve software quality.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with testing tools is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn QA and automation testing.
Positive to Have
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of API testing.
- Interest in mobile application and performance testing.
- Awareness of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
