Job Overview
- Inspect DG sets and electrical components for quality.
- Check electrical wiring, control panels, cables, terminals, and connections.
- Read and understand basic electrical circuit drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical testing using a multimeter, megger, and clamp meter.
- Check voltage, current, continuity, insulation, and earthing.
- Identify and report quality issues and defects.
- Ensure products are made as per circuit drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Prepare inspection and testing reports.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and documents.
