We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing and automation.
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM
✅ Experience with Selenium WebDriver
✅ Hands-on experience with EasyRepro
✅ Experience with Playwright or Cypress
✅ Strong knowledge of TestNG / NUnit / MSTest
✅ Experience in developing or enhancing automation frameworks
✅ Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System & UAT Testing
✅ Experience testing Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or custom CRM applications
✅ API testing experience using Postman / REST APIs
✅ Valuable understanding of JSON/XML validation and OAuth authentication
✅ Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira for defect tracking and management
✅ Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and execute automation test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Create test plans, test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system and UAT testing
- Validate CRM integrations with external systems, APIs and third-party applications
- Identify, track and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams
- Generate test execution reports and quality metrics
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects to ensure high-quality delivery
? Important: Candidates must have hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing/automation experience. Generic Selenium/Automation profiles without Dynamics 365 CRM experience may not be considered.
