Job Summary

Purplle Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented Academy Mobiliser to attract prospective candidates for beauty and makeup training programs. The role focuses on lead generation, student counselling, admissions, enrolment, and building strong local networks to drive academy admissions and support career-oriented training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and mobilise prospective candidates for beauty and makeup training programs.
- Generate leads through field visits, social media, referrals, educational institutions, and local networks.
- Counsel candidates on course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate with the Academy Admin and Trainers for admissions and batch formation.
- Maintain accurate lead databases, admission trackers, and daily mobilisation reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, admission, and enrolment targets.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, training centres, community groups, and other local sourcing channels.
- Support student engagement and placement-related activities whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum qualification: Plus Two; graduates preferred.
- Experience in student mobilisation, admissions, counselling, telecalling, field sales, or recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in Malayalam; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally within Kochi and nearby areas, as required.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
