Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate Beauty Advisors to join its retail team. The ideal candidate will provide personalised beauty consultations, recommend suitable skincare and makeup products, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and makeup requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate makeup products and explain skincare routines and product benefits.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge, including new launches, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure attractive product displays, merchandising, and shelf availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent; graduates preferred.




- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, and cosmetics.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Malayalam communication skills required; basic English preferred.
- Sales-oriented, confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends as per store requirements.

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
