- Prepare quotations and proposals.

- Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery.

- Find reliable suppliers.

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.

- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.

- Check the quality of purchased materials.

- Resolve supplier issues such as delays and quality problems.

- Maintain purchase documents and records.
