Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Purchasing Manager.

The Purchasing

Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying supplier needs, sourcing vendors, requesting and evaluating quotes, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely purchases. The role involves managing supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

The Purchasing

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels,



and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. The individual will also maintain accurate purchasing records, analyze spending data, and recommend improvements to procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Experience with inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost analysis to support efficient purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to track orders and spending.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a remote work setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous experience in a Purchasing Manager or similar procurement role is strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage.
