Job Summary

VardhX Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Purchase Manager for a client in the solar industry, engaged in solar structure manufacturing and installation. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor development, cost optimisation, and timely material availability for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of sheet metal, fabrication materials, engineering components, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor and supplier network.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Analyse quotations and prepare comparative statements for purchase decisions.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per EPC and project requirements.
- Coordinate with EPC,



Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Monitor purchase orders, material deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise procurement costs.
- Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
