Job Overview

As our Purchasing Manager, you will lead the strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and inventory flow for our FMCG and retail product lines. You will ensure that every product we source creates tangible value—optimizing costs and quality while upholding ethical supply chain standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management.
- Negotiation & Cost Optimization.
- Demand & InventoryPlanning.
- Purchase Order execution.
- Supplier Performance & Quality Control.
- Implement and monitor processes to minimize product damage and wastage across the FMCG supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum [5–8] years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or category management specifically within the FMCG, Retail, or Wholesale industry.
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. (Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP software and advanced MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, sharp negotiation skills, high ethical standards, and a deep alignment with our mission to create value.
- Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams in a dynamic wholesale environment.
