Responsibilities -

- Oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and timely material delivery for projects and business operations.

- Manage purchasing of IT infrastructure, networking equipment, CCTV surveillance, security systems, and electrical/electronic materials.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

- Coordinate inventory, stock availability, and material requirements with project and stores teams.

- Apply strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and team management skills to ensure productive procurement operations.

Required Experience &

Skills -

1. 6-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, security systems, or electrical/electronic equipment.

2.



Strong knowledge of vendor management, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, purchase orders, and project-based procurement.

3. Familiarity with networking equipment, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, servers, data center equipment, and related accessories.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, quotation comparisons, and ERP or procurement management systems.

5. Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple procurement requirements and coordinate across vendors, project teams, and locations.
