We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head with solid expertise in purchasing, procurement and vendor management for real estate township projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- Minimum 5–10 Years of Relevant Purchase / Procurement Experience
- Mandatory Experience in Real Estate Township Projects
- Strong Knowledge of Construction Materials and Procurement Processes
- Experience in Vendor Identification, Evaluation and Negotiation
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders, Quotations and Material Rates
- Ability to Manage Procurement Budgets and Control Costs
- Experience in Vendor Development and Supplier Management
- Strong Coordination with Project,



Site, Accounts and Engineering Teams
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication and Decision-Making Skills
- Professional, Responsible and Result-Oriented Approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end procurement for real estate township projects
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely availability of construction materials at project sites
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Monitor material quality, pricing and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements
- Maintain vendor records and procurement reports
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-control measures
