Support in Procurement Process

Assist in identifying and sourcing vendors for various products and services.

Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Vendor Management

Maintain a database of suppliers and vendors, including contact details, pricing, and service terms.

Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries, pricing, or quality of goods.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.

Assist in inventory audits and stock counts as required.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities,



including purchase order status and vendor performance.

Assist in preparing cost analyses and procurement budgets.

Coordination and Communication

Liaise with internal departments (such as finance, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Assist in responding to purchase-related queries from team members and suppliers.

Compliance and Standards

Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduation Degree
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
